Extends Wall

Border block (Bedrock world builder block, https://minecraft.wiki/w/Border). Without the Education Edition features, Bedrock treats it as a wall: same shape and connections as walls (1.5 blocks tall collision), hardness 0.2. Only operators in creative mode can place it; it never drops.
