Extends VillagerGoal

In the afternoon villagers meet at the nearest bell (or, without one, around another villager) and mingle (vanilla behavior.mingle, priority 7, speed 0.5, mingle_distance 2, cooldown 10 seconds): they walk up to a villager, look at it and gossip (see VillagerV2::gossipWith()).
